She spent her young age in Masisi and Rutshuru where she faced hardship caused by rebels and civil wars. Emma grew up in a loving Christian family. She studied teaching at high school. She met Pastor Jean in Goma and got married in 2006. Two years later, Emma pursued her university studies and got the Bachelor degree in Accounting in 2012. Upon completing her studies, she became a school account for 9 years. Emma is a dedicated church singer, prayer warrior and leader. She was trained as a Counselor in 2019 and is part of women church leadership and coaching. She enjoys spending most of her time with small kids and youth. Emma and her husband Pastor Jean have 7 beautiful children (2 daughters and 5 sons, including 1 adopted son called Daniel).<\/p>\n<p>Emma is currently a volunteer of Hope Building Center (HOBC), the ministry she founded with her Husband in 2015. She is part of Hope Building Center choir called Light of Christ. Her passion is to see vulnerable kids from the Democratic Republic of Congo shine and become ambassadors for peace, Christ\u2019s disciples and have a better future. Thanks to Emma\u2019s leadership skills and children\u2019s care, she manages and assists HOBC kids for their daily needs and discipleship during her husband\u2019s absence or together with Pastor Jean, she courageously helps on various occasions at HOBC.
